My Rag Quilt is done!!!

Way too time consuming to do another one. I had grandiose ideas of making them for friends and family, but reality is I can't take that time away from my family to make another one. It's beautiful though, don't you think?

    Girl, you've got talent...that's really sharp, the quilt looks to have the Ethiopian colors.

    Vikki, that is very lovely. I wish I was talented at quilting. For all I can sew, I can not seem to do quilting at all. It always comes out looking all skewed or something. Definitely not square or neat and professional looking.

    Yours, on the other hand ... beautiful.

    How pretty! I love it. Friends of ours have an older teen daughter who makes rag quilts baby-sized for baby gifts. We have been blessed with a couple of them and every time I am out and have one with me I get a compliment and have to hastily say that I didn't make it. Quilting is far beyond my time and talent at this stage in the game. Maybe when I'm known as Granny and not Mom. ;o)
